Return & Exchange Policy
All items are made-to-order especially for you, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. Please be sure to review the size charts and product details before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, flawed, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’re happy to replace any items that arrived with manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
When reaching out, please include:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
• A description of what happened
We’ll take care of it quickly.
Cancellations & Changes
Orders can only be canceled or edited within 1 hour of purchase, as production begins shortly after an order is placed.
Non-Returnable Items
Because each item is custom-printed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
• Wrong size ordered
• Change of mind
• Color differences due to screen variations
• Holiday or seasonal items
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local carrier.
If the package is stuck in transit beyond 14 days with no movement, reach out to us and we’ll help determine the next steps.
