Made to order, just for you
Each item is made especially for you. If your order arrives as ordered and described, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges because you’ve changed your mind or would prefer a different size or color. Please take a look at the size chart and product details before ordering to help you find the right fit. You can always reach out and email us if you have a question about sizing or a product before order at info@bunnyandbourbon.com.
Something not right
We’re here to help if your item arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted, or different from what you ordered or what the product description promised. Email info@bunnyandbourbon.com so we can take a look and arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
Please send your order number, a short description of the problem, and clear photos if you can. Photos of the packaging can help too, especially if something arrived damaged. You can still ask for help with a faulty or incorrect item if you no longer have the packaging or tags, or have already worn it.
Please get in touch as soon as you notice a problem, ideally within 14 calendar days of delivery. That timing helps us look into it, but it isn’t a cutoff for getting help. If you spot an issue later, please reach out then.
The same help is available for sale, seasonal, and personalized items. Before sending anything back, please contact us. We’ll let you know whether a return is needed and walk you through the shipping arrangements.
Cancellations and order changes
Need to cancel or change an order? Please email us within one hour of purchase. Once production has begun, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.
Help with your delivery
If your package is delayed, seems lost, or says delivered but hasn’t arrived, please get in touch as soon as you can. We’ll help look into it and explain the next steps.
Your rights
Your rights under consumer law still apply, including any right to cancel or get help with faulty or incorrectly described items. Nothing in this policy takes those rights away.
